Baking Needs
Each week I am going to look at a variety of baking supply shops. I am starting with @Sonias World Of Cakes. They are located on South Rd Waterloo Liverpool UK. They deliver to almost everywhere on the planet but they keep their costs down so the novice of bakers can come in and get advice.
1st Non Bake
Today we did a non bake reciepe. My children love breakfast bars, they are great for snacks and lunch boxes. We find that the ones in Supermarkets are not very healthy. So we desided to make our own.
Equipment
20cm sq tin,
pirex bowl,
pan,
wooden spoon.
Ingredients
2oz of butter,
140g mini marshmallows,
160g Ricecrispies,
2 Large Bananas,
100g milk chocolate.
Method.
We started by melting butter and marshmallows in pan adding the rice crispies little by little. Once it was all combined together we put the mix into the 20x20cm tin. We then put the chocolate in to bowl over a pan of water to melt. We sliced the banana onto the flat ricecrispie mix making a tin layer. Then we poured the melted chocolate ove the layer of bananas. I was then chilled for 2hrs ready to eat.

Just The Beginning
Just The Beginning
Hi everyone this is my first post. I am a disabled mum of 2 and have many restrictions to my life. But I have a love for cooking especially deserts. So this blog is to share ideas recipes and to show people if I can do it anyone else can. I feel cooking is an expression and interpretation and I feel that I express how I am thinking or feeling through cooking. So watch this space....
